We recruit artists on a rolling basis, who wish to sell existing but undisclosed/unsold works.

Procedure

1. Artists submit applications including bios, info, work/production plan.

2. DAO votes to decide whether to proceed with sales.

3. Issue and sell NFT produced works in Vasari Webapp.

4. 80% of the proceeds will be distributed to artists, the rest goes to the treasury.

• If the gallery receives a portion of the artist's revenue, it cannot take more than 20% of the total revenue of the artwork to guarantee the artist's profits.

• The original physical piece will be incinerated or utilized for various purposes; details will be decided after discussion with the artist.

• The distribution ratio will be adjusted based on funding amount and total sales amount.
