# Summoning: The Ritual

### TL;DR

> Vasari DAO NFT owners can get airdrops of exclusive NFT made by artists who selected from Vasari Grants.

— “***SUMMONING***” is an ancestral ritual that the Grant-awarded artist prays for the price of Ethereum to go TO THE MOON while artists will be paid by Vasari Grants. In order that the artist sacrifices his/her simple creation to Jerome Powell. All DAO members participate in the ritual and wish good luck and the well-being of the artist. After the ritual, the sacrificed creation is distributed as NFT(*Offering NFT*\*) to DAO members.

### Process

1. The artist who applied to Vasari Grants is selected via DAO Voting.
2. The selected artist uploads the creation on the Web(Summoning page), then the creation gets NFTfied and divided into 1111 editions(Offering NFT).

3. After Offering NFT is ready, *the ritual event*\*\* gets started in Vasari DAO discord.
4. DAO members get airdrops of Offering NFTs. The artist receives production costs in ETH.

{% hint style="info" %}
\*Offering NFT can be any creation made by the artist such as sound, poem, blueprints of Grants artwork, etc.

\*The utility of Offering NFT will be revealed in the future.

\*\*The ritual event can vary from a simple discord event to a listening party with musicians.
{% endhint %}

This feature will be implemented along with or after the launch of Vasari Grants.
